LUXEWOW Customer Service FAQS
- We provide fast FREE SHIPPING by FedEx for orders over $100.
- We ship internationally to most shipping zones.
- In order to be returned the item must be unworn, in original condition, with all additional tags and certificates. Items are returnable within 14 days from delivery.
- There is a 10% restocking free (maximum $27) for returns if the customer changes their mind or chose the wrong size / product. Return shipping will be charged.
- If the wrong size / product was sent or the product is damaged, return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.
- We will try to Price Match any item on our store. If you find the same product in new condition, with tags, somewhere else please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the link to the product. Or you may contact us by phone at +1 862.309.5825 .
